-Complete Household Member Dependents questionnaire
-All questionnaires above MUST be completed before the appointment start (NO exception, otherwise the appointment will be cancel and reschedule)
-Please set aside 1 hour to complete them.
-Discuss your tax information.

2. Agreement
-Sign the engagement agreement.
-Chose the payment option for your tax preparation fee:
-We have many flexible payment options and bank products to chose from.
-Buy now, pay later (Klarna, Afterpay, Zip, PayPal)
-Bank Products (Pay with your refund, refund advance loan - EPS Financial)

3. Gather documents
-Check the Resources page for a more detail checklist
-Digital documents MUST be uploaded on the Client Portal (DO NOT email, text, or send via social media messaging)
